MyRoutines · Everyday bookkeeping · Hair and beauty salons
You cut hair. You shouldn't be spending Sundays on invoices.
Products are ordered online, equipment arrives with an invoice attached, subscriptions take themselves. It's all scattered across three mailboxes. MyRoutines gathers, archives and matches.
No commitment. No access to your mailbox.
Subscriptions you stop noticing
Booking software, card terminal, advertising: monthly charges whose invoice lands in an email you never open. They are deductible, and that's VAT to reclaim every month.
Product orders placed online
The invoice sits in the confirmation email, buried under the month's promotion. Give our address as your billing address: it reaches us and is archived the same second.
Working alone, and doing it all yourself
There's nobody to handle the paperwork for you. The point isn't one more piece of software: the point is that at month end there's one short list of what's missing.
What MyRoutines does
Three things, and you take part in none of them.
Your invoices arrive on their own
You get an address in your name: your-company@myroutines.net. Give it to your suppliers: they bill us directly and you have nothing left to forward. You can also forward what you receive elsewhere, or send a photo over Telegram.
Every line finds its receipt
You upload your bank statement — Excel, CSV or PDF, from any bank. Every movement is checked against the archive down to the agora. When a document matches but not beyond doubt, we offer it to you instead of deciding for you.
All that's left is the short list
Not one more dashboard to watch: a list of what's missing, and nothing else. At month end everything goes to your accountant in one send, with the documents and the list of what wasn't found.
Pricing

Questions
I work alone and have no accountant. Is it useful to me?
Yes, and it's the simplest case: you upload your statement, the invoices match themselves, and you know exactly what's missing before your filing. If you take on an accountant later, they'll receive a complete file.
What if I rent a chair in someone else's salon?
The rental invoice is handled like any other cost: it arrives at your address and matches the monthly transfer.
Do I have to change accountant?
No, and that isn't the point. MyRoutines prepares exactly what your accountant asks you for: the documents, filed, with the list of what's missing. If they're the one who sent you, your subscription is ₪49 instead of ₪99.
Do I have to give you access to my mailbox?
No. You get an address that belongs to you, for example your-company@myroutines.net. Your suppliers send their invoices there, or you forward what you receive elsewhere. We see nothing of your mailbox.
Does it work with my bank?
Yes, whichever it is. You upload the statement exactly as your bank provides it — Excel, CSV or PDF, in Hebrew or English — and the columns are recognised automatically. There is nothing to configure and no bank access to give us.
What about invoices I've already received?
Send them all at once to your address, or as photos from your phone. They're archived and matched like the rest, including going back over past months.
Try it on the current month
Upload a statement and a few invoices. In ten minutes you'll see exactly what your books are missing — and for that month it'll already be settled.
