MyRoutines · Everyday bookkeeping · Shops and retail
You buy to sell. Every missing invoice is margin gone.
Stock purchases every week, imports, shipping, payment commissions. A purchase invoice without a receipt is VAT you won't reclaim on something you've already sold.
No commitment. No access to your mailbox.
Imports and their side costs
The supplier's invoice, the freight forwarder's, the duties: three documents for one purchase, issued on three different dates. They're archived together and each matched to its own debit.
Commissions taken at source
Card terminal, marketplace, online gateway: the commission is deducted before the money arrives, and the matching invoice sits in a customer portal you never open. Have it sent to your address.
The gap between stock and bank
You know what you bought, your bank knows what you paid, and the two only meet at year end. Here the matching is done as the month goes.
What MyRoutines does
Three things, and you take part in none of them.
Your invoices arrive on their own
You get an address in your name: your-company@myroutines.net. Give it to your suppliers: they bill us directly and you have nothing left to forward. You can also forward what you receive elsewhere, or send a photo over Telegram.
Every line finds its receipt
You upload your bank statement — Excel, CSV or PDF, from any bank. Every movement is checked against the archive down to the agora. When a document matches but not beyond doubt, we offer it to you instead of deciding for you.
All that's left is the short list
Not one more dashboard to watch: a list of what's missing, and nothing else. At month end everything goes to your accountant in one send, with the documents and the list of what wasn't found.
Pricing
15-day trial, no card. Prices exclude VAT, cancel from your account.

Questions
I also sell online. Are the platform's reports enough?
A platform report is not an invoice: you need the commission invoice, which the platform issues separately. Enter your MyRoutines address in its billing settings and it will arrive automatically.
My import invoices are in English or Chinese. Is that a problem?
Documents in English and Hebrew are read directly. In other languages the amount and date are generally extracted without difficulty; where there's doubt, the document is offered to you rather than filed wrongly.
Do I have to change accountant?
No, and that isn't the point. MyRoutines prepares exactly what your accountant asks you for: the documents, filed, with the list of what's missing. If they're the one who sent you, your subscription is ₪49 instead of ₪99.
Do I have to give you access to my mailbox?
No. You get an address that belongs to you, for example your-company@myroutines.net. Your suppliers send their invoices there, or you forward what you receive elsewhere. We see nothing of your mailbox.
Does it work with my bank?
Yes, whichever it is. You upload the statement exactly as your bank provides it — Excel, CSV or PDF, in Hebrew or English — and the columns are recognised automatically. There is nothing to configure and no bank access to give us.
What about invoices I've already received?
Send them all at once to your address, or as photos from your phone. They're archived and matched like the rest, including going back over past months.
Try it on the current month
Upload a statement and a few invoices. In ten minutes you'll see exactly what your books are missing — and for that month it'll already be settled.
