MyRoutines · Everyday bookkeeping · Tradespeople and construction
Your invoices are in the van, in a pocket, and on the passenger seat.
Three trips to the builders' merchant in one week, fuel, tools, a subcontractor. Receipts pile up in the glovebox until they're unreadable. Photograph them once and forget about them.
No commitment. No access to your mailbox.
Receipts that fade
A thermal receipt in a trouser pocket doesn't survive three weeks. Photograph it the same day and send it over Telegram: it's read immediately, and the original can disappear.
Buying on account at the merchant
You drop in for materials ten times a month, and the summary invoice comes at the end. It matches the single charge, without you having to find the ten notes.
No office, no time
You don't sit at a computer in the middle of the day. Everything happens from the phone, and the only thing asked of you is to confirm what's in doubt.
What MyRoutines does
Three things, and you take part in none of them.
Your invoices arrive on their own
You get an address in your name: your-company@myroutines.net. Give it to your suppliers: they bill us directly and you have nothing left to forward. You can also forward what you receive elsewhere, or send a photo over Telegram.
Every line finds its receipt
You upload your bank statement — Excel, CSV or PDF, from any bank. Every movement is checked against the archive down to the agora. When a document matches but not beyond doubt, we offer it to you instead of deciding for you.
All that's left is the short list
Not one more dashboard to watch: a list of what's missing, and nothing else. At month end everything goes to your accountant in one send, with the documents and the list of what wasn't found.
Pricing

Questions
I often pay cash. Does it still match?
A cash payment doesn't appear on your bank statement, so there's nothing to match — but the invoice is archived and goes to your accountant with the rest. It isn't lost, it's simply filed separately.
Can I separate my jobs?
Documents are archived with their supplier, date and amount, and search covers everything. Breaking costs down per job isn't there yet — tell us if that's what you're missing, it's how we choose what to build.
Do I have to change accountant?
No, and that isn't the point. MyRoutines prepares exactly what your accountant asks you for: the documents, filed, with the list of what's missing. If they're the one who sent you, your subscription is ₪49 instead of ₪99.
Do I have to give you access to my mailbox?
No. You get an address that belongs to you, for example your-company@myroutines.net. Your suppliers send their invoices there, or you forward what you receive elsewhere. We see nothing of your mailbox.
Does it work with my bank?
Yes, whichever it is. You upload the statement exactly as your bank provides it — Excel, CSV or PDF, in Hebrew or English — and the columns are recognised automatically. There is nothing to configure and no bank access to give us.
What about invoices I've already received?
Send them all at once to your address, or as photos from your phone. They're archived and matched like the rest, including going back over past months.
Try it on the current month
Upload a statement and a few invoices. In ten minutes you'll see exactly what your books are missing — and for that month it'll already be settled.
