MyRoutines · Everyday bookkeeping · Restaurants and cafés
A restaurant gets thirty invoices a month. You never find more than twenty.
Between Tuesday's produce, Thursday's fish, the drinks, the gas, the packaging and three delivery platforms, your books are a stack of delivery notes photographed in a hurry. MyRoutines receives them, archives them and checks them against your statement.
No commitment. No access to your mailbox.
Delivery notes standing in for invoices
The driver leaves a note, the invoice arrives two weeks later by email, and nobody connects the two. Give our address to your suppliers: the invoice reaches us directly, the day it's issued.
Photos taken on the run
A creased invoice photographed between two services, sent on WhatsApp and never found again. Send it over Telegram: it's read, archived, and matched to the corresponding debit.
Debits that all look alike
Fifteen debits from the same supplier in a month, for similar amounts. Matching is done to the agora and on the date, not by eye.
What MyRoutines does
Three things, and you take part in none of them.
Your invoices arrive on their own
You get an address in your name: your-company@myroutines.net. Give it to your suppliers: they bill us directly and you have nothing left to forward. You can also forward what you receive elsewhere, or send a photo over Telegram.
Every line finds its receipt
You upload your bank statement — Excel, CSV or PDF, from any bank. Every movement is checked against the archive down to the agora. When a document matches but not beyond doubt, we offer it to you instead of deciding for you.
All that's left is the short list
Not one more dashboard to watch: a list of what's missing, and nothing else. At month end everything goes to your accountant in one send, with the documents and the list of what wasn't found.

Questions
My suppliers only send paper notes. Does it still work?
Yes. Photograph the note and send it by Telegram or email to your address: it's read, the amount is extracted and it's matched to the debit. Meanwhile you can give your address to the suppliers who can bill by email, which cuts the paper down month after month.
I have several locations. Do I need several subscriptions?
One subscription covers one bank account. If your locations have separate accounts, that's ₪30 per extra account, not a second full subscription.
Do I have to change accountant?
No, and that isn't the point. MyRoutines prepares exactly what your accountant asks you for: the documents, filed, with the list of what's missing. If they're the one who sent you, your subscription is ₪49 instead of ₪99.
Do I have to give you access to my mailbox?
No. You get an address that belongs to you, for example your-company@myroutines.net. Your suppliers send their invoices there, or you forward what you receive elsewhere. We see nothing of your mailbox.
Does it work with my bank?
Yes, whichever it is. You upload the statement exactly as your bank provides it — Excel, CSV or PDF, in Hebrew or English — and the columns are recognised automatically. There is nothing to configure and no bank access to give us.
What about invoices I've already received?
Send them all at once to your address, or as photos from your phone. They're archived and matched like the rest, including going back over past months.
Try it on the current month
Upload a statement and a few invoices. In ten minutes you'll see exactly what your books are missing — and for that month it'll already be settled.
