MyRoutines · Everyday bookkeeping · Landlords
Rent is invoiced without you. Costs are documented without you.
Every month the same invoice, on the same date, for the same tenants — plus the electricity that changes, the arnona that lands twice a year, and the receipt to issue when the transfer arrives. Exactly the kind of routine software should take over.
No commitment. No access to your mailbox.
The 1st-of-the-month invoice you send on the 9th
Nothing reminds you it's the day, and a late invoice is a late payment. The invoice goes out at the due date, with rent, service charges and arnona at the right amount.
The electricity you have to read off
When the amount changes every month, automation stops dead. The tool asks you for the figure and waits to have it before issuing: it never invents an amount.
The receipt you forget to issue
The transfer arrives, you see it, and the receipt waits three weeks. You confirm the payment, the receipt is issued and attached to its invoice.
What MyRoutines does
Three things, and you take part in none of them.
Your invoices arrive on their own
You get an address in your name: your-company@myroutines.net. Give it to your suppliers: they bill us directly and you have nothing left to forward. You can also forward what you receive elsewhere, or send a photo over Telegram.
Every line finds its receipt
You upload your bank statement — Excel, CSV or PDF, from any bank. Every movement is checked against the archive down to the agora. When a document matches but not beyond doubt, we offer it to you instead of deciding for you.
All that's left is the short list
Not one more dashboard to watch: a list of what's missing, and nothing else. At month end everything goes to your accountant in one send, with the documents and the list of what wasn't found.
Pricing

Questions
How many properties can I manage?
As many as you like, with several tenants per property and a different language per tenant. The Recurring payments option costs ₪30 a month, and it isn't a second piece of software.
Are the property's costs tracked too?
Yes, and that's the whole point of having both: arnona, the building committee, repairs and insurance arrive at your intake address and match your debits, while the rent is invoiced on the other side.
Do I have to change accountant?
No, and that isn't the point. MyRoutines prepares exactly what your accountant asks you for: the documents, filed, with the list of what's missing. If they're the one who sent you, your subscription is ₪49 instead of ₪99.
Do I have to give you access to my mailbox?
No. You get an address that belongs to you, for example your-company@myroutines.net. Your suppliers send their invoices there, or you forward what you receive elsewhere. We see nothing of your mailbox.
Does it work with my bank?
Yes, whichever it is. You upload the statement exactly as your bank provides it — Excel, CSV or PDF, in Hebrew or English — and the columns are recognised automatically. There is nothing to configure and no bank access to give us.
What about invoices I've already received?
Send them all at once to your address, or as photos from your phone. They're archived and matched like the rest, including going back over past months.
Try it on the current month
Upload a statement and a few invoices. In ten minutes you'll see exactly what your books are missing — and for that month it'll already be settled.
