MyRoutines · Everyday bookkeeping · Clinics and practitioners
You see patients. Not invoices.
Consumables, equipment, laboratory, records software, practice rent, professional insurance. Few suppliers, but each one counts, and any missing document shows at filing time.
No commitment. No access to your mailbox.
Few invoices, but none that can be missing
When there are only twenty expenses in a month, each one weighs. A forgotten equipment invoice shows immediately in the result.
Equipment depreciated over years
A chair, a device, an installation: your accountant needs them for depreciation, and that's precisely the document nobody finds three years later. It stays archived and downloadable.
Confidentiality
We have no access to your mailbox or to your patient records. We see only documents sent to your intake address, and only their attachments.
What MyRoutines does
Three things, and you take part in none of them.
Your invoices arrive on their own
You get an address in your name: your-company@myroutines.net. Give it to your suppliers: they bill us directly and you have nothing left to forward. You can also forward what you receive elsewhere, or send a photo over Telegram.
Every line finds its receipt
You upload your bank statement — Excel, CSV or PDF, from any bank. Every movement is checked against the archive down to the agora. When a document matches but not beyond doubt, we offer it to you instead of deciding for you.
All that's left is the short list
Not one more dashboard to watch: a list of what's missing, and nothing else. At month end everything goes to your accountant in one send, with the documents and the list of what wasn't found.
Pricing
15-day trial, no card. Prices exclude VAT, cancel from your account.
Expenses
To document what you pay.
- An address in your name, to give to your suppliers
- One bank account, statement in Excel, CSV or PDF
- Matching to the agora, a suggestion where doubt remains
- A monthly send to your accountant, with what's missing
- Upload by email, by Telegram or as a photo
- Automatic invoicing of rent and subscriptions
- Receipt issued and attached on payment
Expenses + Recurring payments
What you pay and what you bill.
- Everything in Expenses
- The invoice goes out on its own at the due date
- A changing amount is asked of you before issuing
- The receipt is issued and attached on payment
- Several properties, several payers, several languages
Your Expenses subscription is ₪49 a month instead of ₪99, for as long as you stay.
Each additional bank account
Start the trial: the assistant looks at your first statement and tells you which is enough. You pay nothing for fifteen days.
Cancel at any time, from your account, no explanation needed.
Questions
Could patient data end up with you?
No. We don't read your mailbox. Only messages sent to your intake address reach us, and we keep only the attachments that look like invoices — never the body of the message.
I also bill patients. Do you do that?
The Expenses tool handles what you pay. For what you bill on a recurring basis, the "recurring payments" option issues the invoices on their due date; for one-off fees, your current billing software stays where it is.
Do I have to change accountant?
No, and that isn't the point. MyRoutines prepares exactly what your accountant asks you for: the documents, filed, with the list of what's missing. If they're the one who sent you, your subscription is ₪49 instead of ₪99.
Do I have to give you access to my mailbox?
No. You get an address that belongs to you, for example your-company@myroutines.net. Your suppliers send their invoices there, or you forward what you receive elsewhere. We see nothing of your mailbox.
Does it work with my bank?
Yes, whichever it is. You upload the statement exactly as your bank provides it — Excel, CSV or PDF, in Hebrew or English — and the columns are recognised automatically. There is nothing to configure and no bank access to give us.
What about invoices I've already received?
Send them all at once to your address, or as photos from your phone. They're archived and matched like the rest, including going back over past months.
Try it on the current month
Upload a statement and a few invoices. In ten minutes you'll see exactly what your books are missing — and for that month it'll already be settled.
